We are an all-age, long-term residential community with a mix of manufactured home sites and RV lots.  Our lots are large, our trees are big, and our location is ultra-convenient. We're just 3 miles south of Sandpoint, with easy access to HWY 95.  There's a Dollar Store across the street, and the best bakery in the area is our direct neighbor.
