We are conveniently located in Sagle, Idaho, about 5 miles south of downtown Sandpoint. This location is ideal for those who commute to Coeur d'Alene and Spokane, as it spares you the occasional backups on the Long Bridge going into Sandpoint.

Each site is limited to 2 people due to our infrastructure. Thanks for understanding!

Two cars or trucks are allowed per site. Sorry, larger work vehicles and work trailers are not permitted without prior approval.

We are a long term community and prefer to rent to folks who will become established in our little community. That said, we welcome temporary visitors who commit to at least a one month stay. Traveling nurses and contractors are welcome!

We have a strict, 2-pet limitation per household. Your pet friends should be well trained and, er, quiet.

Cats: cats MUST be spade - we will ask for verification of this.

Dogs: sorry, due to insurance requirements, no "vicious breeds" or extra large dogs are permitted in our community. We know: bummer.

All animals must be registered and pre-approved by park management. Please don't try to sneak in a pet... we'd hate to have to ask you to leave.

Sorry, you can't park boats, trailers, campers, or other large vehicles at your site. But we do have a few spaces for toys, and there's a vehicle storage lot just across the street.

We get it, sometimes things happen. If you have bad credit or a recent eviction, we ask that you provide a co-signer on the lease agreement who can guarantee the lot rent.

Yes, we always have someone on-site to help with any issues that come up.
